Hi - I have created a template (Trial.xlt) which inserts a template (litigation.xlt) as a new sheet for our laywers to record their time. I am trying to use a list from Trial.xlt template which populates a column in the inserted worksheet (litigation.xlt) but the validation list does not work if the template is opened as a new document because it is renamed "Trial1.xls" and as such is not recognised by the name range. Is there a way to create a list in VBA that I can use in the sheet for specific cells.
