View Full Version : Access to Excel export font

In both Access and Excel I have the Default Font set to “Arial 10” (Tools | Options | etc...). Yet when I export an Access table to Excel (right click table, choose Export, save as ??.xls) the font in the new spreadsheet is “MS Sans Serif”.

My question: Is there a way force the export process to use the user defined ‘Default Font’ instead of MS Sans Serif?

I’m sure this is probably something simple, but I can’t figure it out.

Thanks in advance!

PS
I’m using Office 2003

Check the box "Save formatted" once you have entered the filename.
