Highlight cells that did not match

I have some code that compares two worksheets than matches and returns cells values. But now i need to be able to highlight the non matching cells.

On the market worksheet it looks up the cell value of column A and returns the value from the PMS page. Now i just need to highlight the cells in column A on the PMS worksheet if no match was found.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
