Solved: Delete a CSV Workbook from Another Workbook?

I need to do the following please:

1.) Delete a closed file named "DeleteThis.CSV" located in a directory that
I have stored as a string var called "InstallDir"
2.) Not have Excel prompt me with "Are you sure you want to delete..."

That is, I need alerts turned off so I can automate this.
