Ticking Clock

Hi!

Iv been trying to figure this out for a while and my 'skills' have failed me so far! Does anyone know how to create a ticking clock that would sit within a userform ?

Any help would be appreciated!

Beep was as close as I found. Tried a couple of tiny Wav's (typewriter sound or something close), but calling PlaySound every second (even on a decent PC) seem to make updating a little but 'jumpy'.

Here's with smallest, w/sorta a tick sound... Still jumps (two quick ticks) about every 15 sec or so.
