Does anyone know why Access 2003 does not prompt me to save changes made in design view. It automatically saves the changes. I looked everyone on the internet and I can't find a resolution to this headache. :help

What exactly are you doing/trying to do?

Create a macro where Action = "SetWarnings" and Warnings On = "Yes", then run the macro. If this resolves the problem, you may have some code that turns warnings off (to run action queries for example) but never turns them back on again!

Worked for me! I did have some code that turned warnings off. Thanks!
