I have a list with data which i display with 1 decimal. When i use the rank formula its ranks with all decimals. Is it possible to rank the cell using 1 decimal.

Try this formula

=SUMPRODUCT(--(ROUND(B$2:B$6,1)>ROUND(B2,1)))+1
