Userform On Website?

Is it possible to have a Spreadsheet as a website?
I have a Spreadsheet that has a userform that I would like to see if it can be put as a website so multiple people can connect to it and update one spreadsheet. Is this possible?

Why not just use a Google Docs spreadsheet?

Is there a way to create something silimar to to website but just on the network?

It should be quite secure, you control who has access.
