Set Field Tab Order

All of the cells in my worksheet are LOCKED accept for the fields I want my staff to enter data into.

I want a script that will allow them to tab in an exact order. I don't want to go left to right or up and down. It is more or less a random order. And the Order is always the same.

I NEED HELP!!

This can be done I think but why not use a userform?
