Hi All
I'm new to VBA and would like a pointer in the right direction. I regularly have to send similar replies to enquiries from customers, and it would be useful if I could store this text for easy recall. Ideally, I would have a combobox on the ribbon (I use outlook 2007) with options "Response 1", "Response 2", etc. and when I select the item it will insert the appropriate text into the current email (so that I can then modify the email before sending).
At present, I'm having to save the text as a template, then each time I want to use it, its the time consuming process of Tools>Forms>Choose Form>User templates in the file system!
Could someone point me in the right direction please?
Thanks
Charlie
