Good Day All,
I want to start this by saying THANK YOU for taking the time to read this and any feedback would be great. I've been given the task at work to distribute tasks to users. These tasks sit in a public folder called "web leads". I would like to be able to receive an email with a subject "more leads" or something like that and automatically forward out the top 10 items in the "web leads" folder and then delete these leads. If anyone could point me in the right direction or has done something like this any help would be greatly appreciated! If this does not make sense to anyone please post so I can try to better explain.

The worker emails me w/ subject "more leads"
Outlook then forwards the top 10 items from "Web Leads" and deletes the 10 that it sent.
