conditional drop down list box

Hi all,

Can any one have good example of Conditional Drop Down List box.

Let me explain clearly,

I want a drop down list box, it contains like help topics, when ever i select particular topic, the related data should appear below in the text box.

Any one have idea?

Perhaps something like this.
You can add text to columns A:C, you can even leave blank rows.
