Enter data online and retrieve data

Is there a way to enter a form online and save the data? Then retrieve it using Access?

I was looking for a free solution if there is one out there. if not, that is fine, just let me know!

If you take the time to learn something like ASP classic, then you can create webpages that are tied into your access database.
