Solved: Removing items from menu bar

Hi all, I have mistakenly added two menu items (namely "HedgeVIEW1") in the menu bar while I was playing with how to develop an addin. Please refer to the snapshot attached.

Can anyone please guide me how to remove them permanently? :(

Right click on the toolbar that has help etc. and select customize.

left click on each of the menu's you want to remove and drag them to the customize window.
