Solved: some countif ...sum if help

Hello,

I've attached an excel workbook.

So, in column A I have agents names ,in the 4th row I have the first five days of this month (february), and in the cell L1 is the curent day... "=today() ".

In column H I want a formula wich --can count how many CO are in my sheet before "today" , same in column I ... but CM this time.

Hope u guys .. understand my poor english!
