Create an Index in Publisher?

I cannot find a way to create an Index or Glossary in Publisher. Is it possible? it does not make any sense for it to not be included.

I disagree. Why would you need an index for a publication?

None of them are supposed to use more than one page usually.

we are publishing Marketing Material. Like a brochure - to be exact a product book. It is too graphical to use Word.
