Lock tables or make read only all tables

Hi.. I want to lock the table in my access database or make tables into read only. It can be with or without VBA code

Well that is a bit extreme as you will have to unlock them if you need to make any changes.
Which version of Access are you using?
In Access 2000-2003 you can Secure the database to ensure other users can't change the data.

You use the Main menu>Tools>Security>User Level Security Wizard to "Secure" the database and then set up User Accounts and Permissions to allow people to look or edit what data you want them to. They will then be required to login to the database.
