Hi All,

I love this forum, always save the day, thanks to all you guys & girls.

I am needing so expert advice.. I currently have a form based application which is used across 14 different locations in the world.

This form based application works in the following way:

A senior leader will open the form , he/she will then click on the update box, which will open a file in a shared network drive and pull all the new data acrosss.

The senior leader then has the ability to view the data and play calls.

This was the business reuquirement and this application fufils that need.

A change has come .. god help us all...

the busienss want to collate data on the calls played, so on the form I have added if the call is played then bring up another form asking if the call played has been categorised correctly Yes / no. once the click yes or no a file on the network transfer drive is opened and the data is saved on that excel file.

The problem is that with 14 countries around the world using it , slow network speeds mean that some countries take about 3-5 mins to send and save the data.

Is there a faster way , ado >? i really have no idea can anyone help.
