Solved: Page Layout

My Normal template is set wih a 2.54cm top margin. When I open a document though, it appears with no margin as shown. This is happening on at least one other PC in the office. I've tried using Normal from another PC where it displays correctly, but no success. Any ideas?

Malcolm, I've had this problem or something similar to it before. What happens when you go to view-headers and footers? Does it come back to what you expected. Or print preview?

It seems to me that even though it looks wrong in Word that it is actually there......sounds odd but that has been my experience.

Move the cursor to the page (slowly) and when you get right below the ruler, you should get a new cursor (2 boxes with a Up and Down arrow) and a message "Double click to show white space" (2007, but I think 2003 is thesame)

Thanks both. I was using your method Steve, but the White Space was the issue.
