Is the gap between the tables always the same number of rows, 10 rows?

Dear xld

Thanks for showing interest.....

INFO sheet has 14 rows (this could vary).

In the Result sheet

14 rows to be inserted inbetween Row2 & Row3.
There would always be 3 rows in the table, below the header

The Information below the above table could vary (it should be intact).

Thx & BR

After much search on the net and considerable mismash of available codes - I have solved my requirement - feels good !!! :)

In the attached file I have used the following (in order)

Delete rows
Insert rows
Insert Sr Numbers
Copy/Paste value in the result sheet

Hope the above codes are of help to users.
