Foreign version of excel

I would like to use a foreign version of excel to test some code in. Does anyone know how to do this? I can change the language settings in my version (to Spanish, French etc) but is this the same as using a Spanish or French version of excel? I suspect it is not. If not, is it possible to download a foreign version?

Mostly, doing as you describe suffices. As far as I know, only the French Excel version *may* have some peculiarities, which I seem to recall had something to do with security, but memory fails me there.
You might do well in finding someone with a native French Office installation.
