Missing or broken reference

Dear Memebers,
I have encountered a problem while opening a access file.
Your microsoft office access database or project contains a missing or broken reference to the file Bttnadv.dll version 1.0

Pleasehelp?

Do you know what Program Bttnadv.dll version 1.0 is associated with?
Do you know if it is on your computer?
Have you taken a copy of the database and Unticked the missing Reference to see if anything stops working?
Do you know how to find References using the VBA Editor (Alt + F11) and then on it's main menu Tools>References?

I have Unticked the missing Reference then form is working but record is unsaved.I dont know how to find it as i am beginner in Access 2007.But i know VBA programming, reference option .

Do you know if the Form is Bound to aTable or Query?
i.e. does it have a Record Source?

the form is bound with record source and table.

Is the record Source the Table, or does it say "Select ......"?
If it does say Select..... then click the Drop Down and select the Table.
