I get a spreadsheet sent to me via E-mail from my vendor which looks like the following:

Monday 5/9Monday5/16Part #ProductCasesPart #ProductCasesTuesday5/10Tuesday5/17Part #ProductCasesPart #ProductCasesAAA000 -20 6/12485ABA003 -25 6/1840Wednesday5/11Wednesday5/18Part #ProductCasesPart #ProductCasesThursday 5/12Thursday5/19Part #ProductCasesPart #ProductCasesZSA121 +32 6/11610VMA157 -20 6/1840Friday5/13Friday5/20Part #ProductCasesPart #ProductCasesZSA121 +32 6/11470VMA157 -20 6/170

This is what they are actually going to produce.

I then have a spreadsheet that shows what the "system" shows as needing to be produced (this is the result of a pivot table):

DATEPART #PART DESCRIPTIONORDER#Total5/6/2005AAA000 -20 6/181823485/9/2005ABA003 -25 6/168987245/10/2005AAA000 -20 6/18293876ABA003 -25 6/1866331960ZSA121 +32 6/1662758405/13/2005ZSA121 +32 6/16458070ABA003 -25 6/18686514705/12/2005ZSA121 +32 6/1669871610VMA157 -20 6/182619840

What I need to do is look at the actual and adjust the system to meet it. I need to be able to compare the data to each other without the need of printing both or flipping back and forth between the 2.

Any idea's or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Kurt
The format did not turn out the way I wanted. Will need to copy range and upload it.

Does not sound very difficult, but hard to suggest "how" without more info on the structure of the spreadsheet. Can you repost with a actual spreadsheet attachment? It is somewhat difficult to understand the location of the data.
