Date Function in word?

Dear All,
Greetings of the day!!!!!
Is there any function in word 2007 that automatically change tha date?
Suppose i am opening my file on 25/04/2010 then the word file automatically
show the date there as the current date.

While I do not use 2007. I would assume that it still uses Date fields the same way as previous versions. You can set a Date field to automatically update to the current date. When you insert your Date field set it to....automatically update.

In 2007, Fields are under Insert, Quick Parts, Fields. Other than how you find them on the ribbon, they work as fumei said.
