Solved: Alter table script

I've been working in Access and now am working to migrate into SQL server. I know in Access we could set a collection of valid inputs for fields. Can this be done in SQL server as well? If so anyone have any good references to look at?

I'd like to restrict a field to allow values: Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, and Annually.:dunno

Sorry this was a silly question. I don't need to restrict the table from containing that value because I can restrict the users entry from the Drop down on the front end... silly me.
