View Full Version : Solved: Missing Add-in

I downloaded a template from Microsoft Online and now there is an Add-in tab for all my Excel documents.

How do I get rid of it? I can't find any add-ins listed with the name of the application or spreadsheet name. I tried to open it with CustomUI to edit the ribbon there, but no such luck either.

Open to ideas...

Sounds like the template builds a commandbar. Look in the VBIDE for that file.

Now I'm embarrassed.. What's the VBIDE?

VBA editor (alt-f11)

if you got rid of the template and you still see the commandbar in AddIns, right click it and select Delete

Nevermind.... you just have to actually click on one of the buttons within the custom menu, Not on the tab or menu itself.

Thanks so much Paul!!
