Dividing merge cell into ten equal rectangles for inputing Digit?

Dear All,

Is it possible to merge four cells (D42,E42,F42,G42) and then after merge divide the merge cell into 10 rectangles.
I mean 10 rectangles for filling the 10 digits.

Any Advise in this regard.
