Solved: Count Cell if it is numeric

I would like to count a cell in the range A2:A13 if its value is numeric, so would I use something like this

=COUNTIF(ISNUMBER(A2:A13))

[mdmackillop]

=COUNTIF(A:A,">-1")

[Bob Phillips]

=COUNT(A2:A13)
