Time difference formula required

I need to find out the time difference

example

A1 = 6/1/2010 8:20

B1 = 6/3/2010 8:22

i want the time difference in the column C1 in Hrs and Minutes

Just use

=B1-A1

and format as [h]:mm

I want the data also to be taken into count

ie for the above example the difference should be 50 hrs and 0 mins

sorry i mentioned wrongly the date as data

So, as I said, just use

=B1-A1

and format as [h]:mm

And actually that difference in the above example is 48 hours and 2 minutes.
