text box

I would like a text box to open when a word is selected from a drop down list.

Im stuck and not sure of what that would be called to search for it.

I did find a fun tutorial once but cant seem to recall where it was.

You had to enter your age and the like and it was filled with lots of if functions and others.

Sort of if you entered data it would take you to a range of cells.(far from where you were working, like dd1:dh10)
I know that sound a little vague but any ideas of the spreadsheet or help with the first part would be great.

Hi,

your listbox is placed on a worksheet or on a form?
Calling a textbox? A textbox is part of a form or a sheet so perhaps an inputbox is an option for you.
