I have a query in ms access that i exported to excel, however, my custom order wasnt included.
is there way to have a custom order in excel?

Yes, there is a way to create a custom list, which will be sorted as the "start of the alphabet". For example, you can have a list "Smith", "Jones", "Barber"
Which will sort those names in that order and any other names after them.
You cannot create a custom order where (for example) all of the J's come before any of the G's. To do that would require writting a custom sorting routine in VBA
