hi excel expert,

So many knowledges i get from this forum, even i ask directly or i just read from other posting. Now i want to create blog for my self and i want to write down the formula or vba that i got from this forum.
is it ok for you guys, or there is rules about that?

any suggestion for this one.

You should think about what value you are going to add to the content. You don't want to just regurgitate what is here, maybe you could approach the items from the aspect that you give more detailed, more basic, explanation than is given in the thread; and/or summarise both the problem and the solution.
