Protected Project Issue

MS Word 2003 VBA

I have a Run-Time Error 50289, while trying to execute the following code:

Application.VBE.ActiveVBProject.VBComponents.Remove _
Application.VBE.ActiveVBProject.VBComponents.Item("AutoOpen")
[vba]

The module or any part of the project are not protected, whats the issue?
I cant even run a "DeleteLine" on the module...

I don't see the need of this question, I said it is not protected I have checked plus I am able to remove the form but not the module...
