How de we edit a locked slide ?

How does we edit a locked slide . I have a slide with some of contents are locked.I need to edit it.I forget how to unlock as my friend did it.

Any idea or help ?

What version of PowerPoint are you running? Do you wish to do manual editing or editing via VBA procedures?

What do you mean by a locked slide. Locking just one slide is not at al easy!

By any chance at the 'locked' items on the slide part of the Slide Master

If so, you have to view the slide master (how depends on the PP version) and make the changes there

Otherwise, post a small sample
