Possible to have a Colored toolbar?

Is it possible to color a Toolbar/Menubar? Not even in Access 2007? Actually I need in Access 2003 only if not kindly tell whether it is possible to change the color in Access 2007 atleast. I try to convince my RO to change the version we are using for the current project. Anyway chances are less :(

I've never heard of any ways to do that. In 2007 you can change the border between blue, silver and black. This happens to make the toolbar the same color, but it's not exactly a toolbar setting.

In 2003 you don't even have those options.
