Solved: converted word file from pdf but with image formate !!

Good day
I converted Arabic pdf file with readiris 11 program which support Arabic language , but I have now word file inside it the text which was in the pdf into image ..so I can't edit any information or take copy from it to excel file ..
All I need that know how to make this image formate which containe all the tables from the pdf after convert ..be editable ?
so I can export word file to excel

I attached a sample for the word file I got it after conversion process

please help me in this issue ASAP

It is not possible without an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) program that works with Arabic.

What you have is indeed an image. It is not text. I see you used Readiris. From what I can see it should have been able to convert your source file to text.

I converted with readiris and search obout convert its outpot which with image text to text formate can be editable ...that becuase I used Sakhr OCR supporte convert Arabic PDF to word but with Errores up of to 35% ..so I am now in difficulte setuation that I am comparing between the old pdf words and numbers and the outpot word file and edit it by hand..
I want your advise about which Optical Character Recognition OCR version I can using it with a little errors than my setuation as I explained to you.

That is not bad actually. Sorry, but there is no OCR software that I know of that does not have errors. None. Any use of OCR means that you must careful check everything. I know software vendors try and make people believe their OCR works close to perfect, but I have never seen one actually do it.
