How to create a Hyperlink in a report

I have a label set up as a subreport in a access report.

I would like the name (first line of label) to also be a hyperlink to the person's bio, which is a webpage that I have stored as a field in a seperate table. When this report is exported to PDF I want the user to be able to clich on the name and take the user to their webpage.

Example:
John Doe
123 Family St
Atlanta, GA 30329
404-444-4444
