How to increase size of bullet points

Hello,

I used Chr(149) to create bullet points in VBA. But the new created bullet points are smaller than those created automatically in Word. Is there any way I can increase the size of the bullet points created by VBA?

Based on the info here and other places, I discovered my company setup the styles incorrectly...
