Solved: pwd protect my folder in Outlook

Hi,

I use Outlook 2003, I have a personal folder in my mailbox, I need to pwd protect that particular folder. Kindly help

Right click on "Personal Folders"
Select "Properties" from the menu options
On the General tab click Advanced
Then select Change Password

I Have attached the screenshot of the properties window, i didnt get the option of changing the password

The option only appears for Personal Folders, not sub folders within Personal Folders. If you only want to protect a sub folder, them maybe you can create another Personal Folder and move your subfolder to that one before password protecting the new folder. Hope that makes sense!
