hi,
this is my first post in this Outlook forum.
each day i would receive an email that contains one excel attachment. throughout the course of the day, i may receive several of these emails. these emails are automatically moved to a folder named "Reports".
usually at the end of the week, i would open all the excel files. after viewing the files, i move the emails to another folder.
this becomes tedious.
All i want to do is to automatically open these excel files. how can i automate this?
i am using Outlook 2003.
