Macros that can translate from English to Spanish.

I have a Excel file.
I need a macro that will translate from English to Spanish with using translate.google.com
Sample of my xls file I've attached.

The data to be translated will need to be accurate to be of any use to you.

Examples from your workbook that will cause it to fail
Cell B5 Shortening of words,
cell B8 Incorrect punctuation = non space in wording,
Cell B15 Incorrect useage of English word "to",
Cell B52 Business Names will need to be a set value perhaps inside of Quotation marks so that they not be altered,
Cell B124 Shorthand will not work correctly,
Cell B235 Shortened words.

Unless you use a standardised format, you'll be fighting an uphill battle.

A result that I need should be same if I will translate manually, to upload the file and if some errors then this word will not translated.

So, how I can do it with macro? How to write code to connect to translate.google.com ?
