This is not an Excel question, but one about whatever e-mail program you are using. If you are using Microsoft Outlook you can easily search for any text within all messages in a certain folder.

Sorry, I overlooked that the title of the message says "in outlook express". Not sure if OL Express has that search feature. If not, then I recommend using Outlook instead.
