Open a workbook at a certain time of day

Hello

Is here a way i can open on excel workbook at a certain time of day say 9.00 oclock.
I am running a report on our dealer management system, that extacts the data to a specified excel workbook on the c drive at a certain time of day.
I want the workbook to open after the download automatically, so the workbook opens at the above time.

Any help would be appreciated.

Just use windows scheduler to perform the task.
