I have a workbook dept schedule that we use on a server. I've programmed that if you go over your budgeted hours it will dissable ability to save and print so the Mgr needs to get back to budget. my problem I have is that if the manager goes over their hours and the workbook dissables save & print like programmed the server if the workbook is idle after about 10 min will auto save and close the workbook defeating my purpose of dissabling save & print.
Is there some way to convert the workbook to a read only thus the server not saving or other options?
