How to create a calendar that shows a list of scheduled appointments using vba

I've created a calender using vba and I was wondering if it was possible that when the user clicked on each date a list of scheduled times and meetings will pop-up to inform the user that a facility or event was booked by whom on that date. Is this possible to create onto my existing calendar? If so, how can this be done?
