I have a spreadsheet with 10 column headings across the top with possibly 200 or more rows. It is a simple list of parts and assemblies.

I want to use a mouse click type of checkbox to select rows of parts data which will print only the selected rows without gaps between the printed lines. I do not need to reset the check marks after printing. I just need a "True - False" indicator to print.

My headings are in row 1 and I would like mouse click checkboxes to be in column C. And no I don't have MS ACCESS to assemble a data base.

I will be very grateful if someone could help out a Grandpa in need.

Welcome to VBAX!

Is the selection random or based on some rules? If it is rule based then perhaps you can use filter option i.e. Select the rows by using filter and then print it out.

Even if it is random (many conditions) then in C column put Y against the rows you want to print and then using Data >> Filter >> AutoFilter and then select "Y" using autofilter. Excel will print visible data only.
