Sending emails automatically

Hello,
I am at a stage in a project I am doing where it would be really helpful to send some data in a table in Access through email automatically. Please see the attached image. When I run the Macro, I want the Item name and Status to be sent to the email address that is referenced for that particular item.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

If you want to do it with SMTP, I'm still learning and have never managed to get it to work, but that post was helpful on getting me started with Office Interop Objects.
