Is it possible to create a button with search functionality with a pop up message box

Hi, I have an interesting task I'm trying to configure. I have a table with the following DateTimeID, ScheduleDate, ScheduleTime, VenueName, RoomName, Venue is Available and venue is not Available. I am trying to create a button that when the user clicks on a custom form a pop up box will display that either the venue name, room name, with a required schedule date and schedule time displaying "venue is available" or "venue is not available" on a message box. Can this be done? If so, how can this be done?
