Hi, I have a form and I would like to create running totals on different costs of prices...for example for adults the cost price is £25 per hour and the cost price for under 16s is £15 per hour. In addtion, there are also addtional costs e.g £100 for hiring a stage etc or various other facilities with different prices which are optional. Is it possble, either by using a source code, expression or vba to code a calculation were a running total can be calculated for each customer that can calculate the total of how much a customer has to pay per hour, plus additonal cost for individual facilities (which is optional) on ms access 2007? Can this be done? If so, how can it be done?
