Solved: Hidden data

Hi all,

I have a doc with a userform and wish populate it with previously used contents, that is, data retrieved when doc is opened.
The main problem is that I want to store that data in such a manner that it does not appear to users in the document itself.
My first idea was to use comments, but even if I hide the balloons one can still see it´s marks (ex. [MK1]).
I would like to avoid another idea, storing data in "last page" (or somewhere else) when the doc is saved and deleting it when the doc is opened.

I´m using MS Word 2003.

Use document variables. Either the built-in ones (the users can find these if they know where to look.) or user-defined variables. The help file has several examples.
